We think you don’t have to use quite as much per cup of pasta, but the recipe we use to make it suggests the following:
– 1-2 cups dried pasta (depending on how cheesy you think you would want it -:)) – cook accordingly and drain
– 1/3 cup cheese mix – we gave you about 2/3 cup of this.
– 1 cup choice of milk or water
Heat the above two ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk well. Simmer for 1 minute, then toss with the hot cooked macaroni.
