Directions: Put 1 lb. (16 ozs.) of pasta into 4 quarts of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 13-14 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. For best results, rid pasta of surface moisture. Can be served hot or warm.
