Large dried chips, cut from the coconut in long, thin strips. Unsweetened, unsulphured and contains no sodium metabisulfite. A welcome addition to cookies, trail mixes, and granolas. An attractive garnish especially when lightly browned in the oven.
*Coconut is dried in ovens at 140˚ C for 15 min.
