Organic Whole prunes are prepared from Natural Condition prunes that have been grown in California. This product is ready-to-eat but does contain pits, so eat cautiously.
Organic Natural condition prunes are sized, cleaned, sorted, dried and graded according to FDA standards, they are then processed by rehydrating with steam to desired moisture. These prunes are large and soft and are un-sulfured.
