Alfalfa sprouting seeds should be soaked for 4-6 hours, and will sprout in 5-7 days. They need to be thoroughly rinsed with cool, clean water every 8-12 hours. Refrigerate your sprouts after their final rinse. Use in salads, sandwiches, hummus, soup toppings, pizza and more!
Broccoli:
The most potent natural source of sulforaphane glucosinolate, a natural compound found in broccoli and other cruciferous plants that supports the body’s antioxidant functions. Mild slightly sweet flavor.
Daikon Radish:
Radish sprouts have a characteristic radish flavor and pungent kick sure to enliven any cuisine they’re added to. Try sprinkling in wraps, sandwiches, salads, and dips.Â
Red Clover:
Similar in appearance and texture to alfalfa, but with a milder flavor. Clover sprouting seeds should be gently rinsed.
Spicy Blend:
A combination of radish, mustard, and broccoli. This blend of seeds will sprout in 4-6 days.
