To sync your balance across in-store and online shopping, add your phone number (the same one you use in-store) under My Account → Account Details.
Your Earthies™ 🌎✨ balance is unified across in-store and online shopping. Check it anytime in your account or ask a cashier in-store.
To redeem online you will confirm this number once by text. Press “Text me a confirmation code” on your account page and we send one 6-digit code to that number, only when you ask for it. It stops anyone else from spending your Earthies™ 🌎✨. Message and data rates may apply.

How to redeem online. Visit My Account → Earthie Rewards to view your available rewards and redeem them with one click. You’ll receive a unique coupon code to use at checkout.
One-time phone confirmation. The first time you redeem online, we text a 6-digit code to the phone number on your account and ask you to enter it. It takes about thirty seconds and you only do it once. It is there so nobody can spend your Earthies™ 🌎✨ just by knowing your number. Until text confirmation launches, you can redeem online without it.
Earthies™ 🌎✨ never expire. Ask your cashier to check your balance anytime, or view it instantly in your online account.
Borrow from the Reuse Library
Your Earthies™ 🌍✨ also power the Reuse Library, our reusable-container borrowing system for those moments when you forget your own container. 1 Earthie™ 🌍 for bags or 2 Earthies™ 🌎✨ for jars is held as a trust mark, not a fee. Return your container on time and they come back in full, so the effective cost is zero.
Bringing your own container will always be the most sustainable option (and earns an extra Earthie™ 🌏). The Reuse Library is there for the moments when you forget.

We love seeing how our community lives lighter. Share your refill routine, your favorite jar reuse, or any small habit that helps you exist green, and earn +3 Earthies™ 🌎✨ each month.
To qualify, your post must:
- Be a permanent feed post or reel (Stories don’t count)

- Tag us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
- Show the post to a cashier on your next visit, or email [email protected] with your social media username and the phone number on your Earthies™ 🌎✨ account so we can add them correctly

How do I check my Earthies™ 🌏✨ balance?
In-store, ask any cashier. Online, visit My Account → Earthie Rewards after connecting your phone number.
I forgot which phone number I used. What should I do?
No problem. Visit us in-store or contact us, and we’ll help you look it up.
Can I use Earthies™ 🌎✨ I earned in-store for online orders?
Yes. Once you connect your phone number in your account, your balance is unified. Earn anywhere, redeem anywhere.
Earning
What counts as a “clean container from home”?
Any clean jar, bottle, or container you bring to refill counts. It doesn’t have to be from Exist Green originally. We celebrate all reuse. Just make sure it’s clean and ready to fill.
How do I earn the +3 social media bonus?
Post a photo or video showing how you exist green. Whether it’s your refill routine, reusing containers, or any sustainable habit, it must be a permanent feed post or reel (not a Story). Tag us on Instagram (@exist_green), Facebook (@ExistGreen1), or TikTok (@existgreen) and include the hashtag #HowIExistGreen. Show your post to a cashier on your next visit to claim your bonus. Limit one bonus per month.

Do I have to confirm my phone number to redeem?
Online, yes, once. Press “Text me a confirmation code” on your account page, enter the 6-digit code we text you, and your rewards unlock for good. It stops anyone else from spending your Earthies™ 🌎✨. In store, just give the cashier your number as usual. Until text confirmation launches, online redeeming works without it.
Do Earthies™ 🌍✨ expire?
No. Your balance never expires. Save it up for bigger rewards or use it right away. Your choice.
Can I earn and redeem in the same transaction?
No. Earthies™ 🌎✨ are not earned on the same transaction in which they’re redeemed. This keeps the math simple and the system fair for everyone.
