Made from roasted and ground cocoa beans blended with organic cane sugar and cocoa butter, then refined for a silky texture and slowly mixed for 6 to 10 hours to develop a smooth, rounded flavor. No lecithin. No maltodextrin added for shine. Just clean, straightforward chocolate.
