Rotating selection of cheeses from Dutch Girl Creamery, part of ShadowBrook Farm in Lincoln, Nebraska. Dutch Girl Creamery creates artisan cheeses with milk from their own herd of goats. Cow milk options are made with milk supplied from a neighboring farm (the Konecky Family at Beauty View Farm in Wahoo, Ne). All cheeses hand-crafted in small batches at their farm.
We receive these cheeses in bulk wheels (or half wheels) and hand-cut them into a variety of sizes, then wrap each piece in our compostable cheese paper (Formaticum Zero) to keep it fresh for you. Sold by weight. All packaging to customer is compostable.
