Pure magnesium sulfate crystals, USP and Food Grade. Soak sore muscles, soothe sunburn or poison ivy itch, ease splinters, reduce swelling, and boost magnesium and sulfate levels. A warm bath also supports better sleep and stress relief.
These crystals are unscented, undyed, and gluten-free. Just plain epsom salt, ready to scoop into your jar.
Also good for: foot soaks, garden fertilizer, and removing splinters.
Add 2 cups of epsom salt to a standard bathtub of warm water (4 cups for an oversized tub). Soak for at least 12 minutes. Adding the salt under running water helps it dissolve faster.
