Milton Creamery Prairie Breeze Cheddar is an award-winning white cheddar known for its smooth texture and distinctive sweet-to-sharp finish. Made in small batches by Milton Creamery in Iowa, this cheddar starts out mellow and creamy, then develops a pleasantly tangy bite as it melts or warms on the palate. Prairie Breeze slices cleanly, melts evenly, and works equally well on a cheese board, in grilled sandwiches, or paired with apples, nuts, and crisp crackers. A standout cheddar for anyone who likes balanced flavor with real character.
We receive this cheese in a 5 lb "loaf" wrapped in plastic and hand-cut them into a variety of sizes, then wrap each piece in our compostable cheese paper (Formaticum Zero) to keep it fresh for you. Sold by weight. All packaging to customer is compostable. The original plastic wrap is recycled responsibly using the local orange bag recycling program.
