Sweet, juicy transitional freestone peaches grown in Azure Husbandry orchards and harvested at the peak of peach season. Z Lady and O’Henry are yellow peach varieties known for rich flavor, juicy flesh, and excellent fresh-eating quality.
When ripe, the flesh separates readily from the pit, making these peaches easy to slice, bake, freeze, preserve, or can. Enjoy them fresh, over oatmeal or plant-based yogurt, in fruit salads, or baked into cobblers, crisps, and pies.
These peaches are grown on orchard ground currently transitioning toward certified organic production. They cannot yet be sold as certified organic, but the land is being managed as part of the producer’s ongoing organic certification process.
Natural variation in size, shape, color, and appearance is expected with fresh, seasonally harvested fruit.
