These peppers were identified as Rajah Cayenne but appear to be a different variety. They’re thick-walled with a noticeable kick, and shaped like Hatch or Anaheim chiles. Great for roasting, stuffing, or chopping into sautés and salsas where you want chile flavor with a bit of heat.
