Chenin Blanc
Vibrant and textured. Honeydew melon, pear and Meyer lemon. 2022 is Sovi’s second release of Chenin Blanc from Heringer Vineyard. This wine sees an extended aging period extended in the cellar to develop a creamy texture and nuanced character. Nestled in the Sacramento River Delta, Clarksburg is well known for producing vibrant Chenin Blanc. This wine hails from a single vineyard there. Reserve Red 2018/2023
New 2018/23 vintage batch. Same base of 2018 vintage Tempranillo as last year’s blend (2018/22) enlivened with a portion of new 2023 Malbec. Elegant & savory. Black plum, dried herbs & baking spices. It is Sovi’s goal with their Reserve Red to craft the most serious and compelling non-alcoholic red wine we can. Rosé of Pinot Noir
–Delicate & fruity. Golden raspberry, Rainier cherry & rose petal. This still rosé is 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which makes it a soft, delicate and fruit style of rosé.
–To fully appreciate all of its beautiful aromatics, it is best enjoyed slightly warmer than fridge temperature. We like to take it out of the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving.

The Wild Child – Sparkling Orange Wine
— Sparkling Orange Wine | Skin-Contact Pinot Gris Lively & layered. Melon, kumquat & orange blossom. A first of its kind for NA wine. Crafted from Pinot Gris grapes, this wine derives its soft orange hue from extended skin contact during fermentation, a process that imparts tannins, texture, and complexity to the wine. Known as Ramato style, this method, traditionally used in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, creates a unique copper-colored wine that is both distinctive and whimsical.

Sparkling White
—- Bright & crisp. Yellow apple, white peach & lemon oil. Our 2022 Sparkling White leans heavily on Chenin Blanc in the blend, which brings lots of crip orchard fruit flavors. A portion of Pinot Gris adds rounded, peachy notes and finally a small portion of Gewürztraminer adds some high-toned floral aromatics.
Serving Temperature: Chill and then remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving
