Chili Crisp is a bold, versatile condiment you can use much like chili flakes, or turn into a delicious chili oil. The blend combines freshly dried chili flakes with garlic, onion, sesame, and aromatic spices for both flavor and crunch. Mix it with hot oil (neutral oils like avocado, canola, or vegetable work great), or sprinkle it on dry. It adds the perfect pop of heat and flavor to ramen, fried rice, stir fry, eggs, pizza, and more.
Not overly hot, but delivers a warm, lingering kick, especially when mixed with oil.
Quick Chili Crisp Oil:
Add 1/4 cup chili crisp blend to a heat-safe dish. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a small saucepan until gently simmering (not smoking). Carefully pour the hot oil over the blend, stir well, and enjoy. Keeps for weeks in an airtight container.
