Soft, sculptural crochet hair ties handcrafted in Japan from certified organic cotton and fair trade natural rubber. The looped cotton texture creates grip across a broader surface area of hair, allowing for a secure hold without relying on a narrow, tightly wrapped elastic.
The organic cotton exterior provides a soft surface against the hair and helps reduce snagging and pulling compared with many conventional synthetic hair ties. Designed for everyday wear across a range of hair types, from fine to thick.
Made by fourth-generation rope-making artisans in Japan using specialized equipment and a proprietary construction technique. The ties have also been independently tested for strength against comparable hair tie brands.
Hot Jam combines bright pink and red for a vibrant, playful pop of color.
