Our organic almonds come from California and are the Nonpareil variety, prized for their smooth texture and naturally sweet flavor. Almonds are one of the few nuts that are alkaline, making them a nourishing choice for snacking, blending into nut milk, or adding crunch to both sweet and savory recipes.

These whole almonds are dry steam pasteurized (213 °F for 35 seconds), a process that keeps them safe while still allowing them to sprout. In fact, we’ve tested them ourselves and grown seedlings right from these nuts.
