Expertly raised in an ASC-certified sustainable farm in Denmark’s countryside. Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood, topped with a punchy red chimichurri, and hand-packed in olive oil at a micro-cannery outside of Copenhagen. The standards for aquaculture in Denmark are some of the highest in the world. Fed a GMO-free, sustainable, nutrient-rich diet. Caramelized on the outside, buttery and flaky on the inside, with smoky depth, fresh herbs, and a bright, tangy kick.
